Enrollment information
GTC consists of a core 9-month Leadership Intensive program, followed by an optional 6-month Application and Certification phase.
The Leadership Intensive consists of four four-day residential learning retreats, plus group and one-on-one interaction online and by phone between the intensives. Each of the learning intensive sessions will be held at the beautiful Harmony Hill retreat center in Union, Washington, an approximately two hour drive from Seattle.

Enrollment will be limited to no more than 20 participants.

All sessions begin at 9:30 am on the first day and end on 12:30 pm the last day. Retreat programs are intensive, with required evening activities. Please plan on being at the retreat center and free to participate for the entire retreat.
Program Fees
GTC Leadership Intensive:
Individual: $7,900
Student and international rate: $4,500
Application and Certification phase:
Individual fees range $3,500 - $4,900
Fees cover tuition, materials, and online access for the program and do not include travel or room-and-board costs. Fees also include the Leadership MAP, a highly reliable and effective measure of leadership and personal development. Room and board costs vary based on housing selection, and generally range between $95 and $125 per night, including all meals. On site camping options are also available.
Early Registration Discount
Register by August 31st and get $500 off your tuition when you complete the program. Just submit your application and deposit by August 1st and we will deduct $500 from your last tuition payment.
Room and Board
Harmony Hill is a beautiful retreat center situated on Washington's Olympic Peninsula, on 12 acres of the spectacular South Shore of Hood Canal. Your stay at Harmony Hill provides you with everything you need, including semi-private accommodations, delicious whole-foods meals and snacks, and use of the retreat facility grounds.
