FACULTY

Geoff Fitch brings a life-long study and practice of human development and transformative learning as well as a twenty-five year career in product development, brand management, and leadership and organizational development to his work as founder and principal at Pacific Integral.

Venita Ramirez has twenty years experience coaching individuals on career, relationships, and self-awareness, more than eight years in sales and marketing, and twelve years, coordinating, designing or leading personal and professional development programs.

Terri O’Fallon is a founding partner of Pacific Integral, holds a Ph.D. in Integral Studies and over 25 years experience in business, community, education and political systems as administrator, consultant, teacher and researcher with current work on late stage adult development.

Dana Carman has coached and been consultant to visionary leaders and organizations spanning five continents across multiple sectors of society, assisting these leaders to transform themselves, their organizations, their industries and regions. Dana is also a founding partner in Pacific Integral.
